Becoming a Trezor advocate takes a first name, surname and email address plus agreement to the terms. You do not have to own a Trezor. Each qualifying order earns a $20 voucher, sent by email within 21 days after the friend’s purchase is confirmed. Trezor caps the program at 50 referrals per year, which is $1,000 in vouchers.

Vouchers are not cash. They are discount codes for the Trezor Shop, applied on the cart page. Trezor allows several vouchers on one order, so they are useful for a backup device, a metal recovery-seed plate or a gift for a family member.
