Disclaimer

CryptoReferral is an independent information catalog of crypto promo codes, sign-up bonuses and referral programs. This page explains what our content is, what it is not, and the risks you take on when you use any crypto platform.

We work hard to make every page on CryptoReferral accurate and useful. Still, it is important to be clear about what the site is and how you should use it. Please read this disclaimer before acting on anything you find here.

An information catalog, not a service provider

CryptoReferral is an independent resource that collects and explains crypto referral programs, promo codes, sign-up bonuses and fee kickbacks. We describe how these offers work, what conditions apply and what they are realistically worth, based on the platforms’ own published terms. Our method is described on the how we verify page.

We do not operate an exchange, wallet, broker, lending service or any other crypto platform. We do not hold, transfer or manage anyone’s funds, we do not open accounts on your behalf and we cannot see or influence your account on any platform.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to use any particular platform. Our scores rate the clarity and value of a referral offer. They are not a rating of a platform’s safety, solvency or suitability for you.

Your situation is your own: your country’s laws, your tax position, your experience and how much you can afford to lose. Before making financial decisions, consider speaking to a qualified professional. Referral rewards and bonuses can have tax consequences in many countries, and our guide on taxes on crypto referral rewards is general background, not advice for your case.

Offers are set by third parties and can change

Every bonus, code, kickback rate and condition described on this site is set by the platform that runs it, not by us. Platforms can change, pause, shorten or end an offer at any time, sometimes without notice and sometimes without updating their own help pages straight away. Eligibility can depend on your country, your account history, your verification level and other factors the platform decides.

We re-check programs regularly, but there will always be moments when a page is behind a change. If our description and the platform’s official terms disagree, the platform’s terms apply. Always confirm the live offer on the official page before you register, deposit or trade.

Crypto carries real risk

Crypto assets are highly volatile. Prices can fall sharply in a short time, and you can lose part or all of the money you put in. Some specific risks are worth stating plainly:

  • Leverage and derivatives. Many exchange bonuses are tied to futures or margin trading, where losses can exceed what you expect and positions can be liquidated quickly.
  • Platform risk. Exchanges and apps can freeze withdrawals, change rules, suffer hacks or fail. Funds held on a platform are exposed to that platform.
  • Self-custody risk. If you hold crypto yourself, losing your recovery phrase or sending funds to the wrong address usually cannot be undone.
  • Scams. Fake bonuses, phishing sites and impersonation are common in crypto. Our guide to spotting fake crypto bonuses covers the usual patterns.

A sign-up bonus is never a good enough reason on its own to deposit money somewhere you would not otherwise use. Only put in what you can afford to lose.

Regional restrictions

Many platforms do not serve certain countries, and some offers are available only in specific regions. It is your responsibility to check whether a platform and its promotions are legally available where you live, and to follow your local laws. A page on this site describing an offer does not mean the offer is available or legal in your country. Do not use tools such as VPNs to get around a platform’s regional restrictions; doing so usually breaks its terms and can lead to frozen accounts and lost rewards.

Our pages link to platforms’ websites, help centers and terms so you can check the facts yourself. Those sites are run by third parties. We do not control their content, security, privacy practices or availability, and we are not responsible for what happens on them. Before entering any personal data or sending funds, check that you are on the platform’s genuine domain.

No guarantees

We aim for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of errors, or that any code, bonus or kickback will work for you. We cannot guarantee that a platform will credit a reward, keep an offer running or honour a particular term. To the extent permitted by law, CryptoReferral is not liable for losses or missed rewards that result from relying on the content of this site.

If you find something that looks wrong, please tell us at contact@cryptoreferral.org. Use of the site is also governed by our terms of use.
