Contact the CryptoReferral Team

Spotted an outdated code, a bonus that changed or a condition we got wrong? Email us. Here is what to include so we can check it quickly, and what we cannot help with.

The simplest way to reach the CryptoReferral team is email: contact@cryptoreferral.org. There is no contact form, no live chat and no phone line. One inbox, read by the people who write and check the pages.

What to write to us about

We are most useful when you have found something on our site that no longer matches reality. Typical reasons to write:

  • An outdated or broken code. The referral code or sign-up link on one of our pages no longer applies, or the platform shows an error.
  • A changed bonus. The sign-up reward, the fee kickback or the referrer reward is different from what we describe.
  • A wrong or missing term. We left out a deposit minimum, a trading volume requirement, a time limit, a KYC level or a region restriction, or described one incorrectly.
  • Correction requests. Anything factual you believe is wrong, including on our guides.
  • New or closed programs. A platform has launched, paused or ended a referral program.

What to include

To let us confirm a change quickly, please send:

  1. the address of the page on our site,
  2. what you think is wrong and what you see instead,
  3. a link to the platform’s official page or help article, or a screenshot of the live terms,
  4. your country, if the offer might differ by region.

We check every report against the platform’s own sources before editing a page, in the way described on our how we verify page. A direct link to an official page is the fastest route to a correction.

What we cannot help with

CryptoReferral is an information site. We do not run any exchange, wallet or app, and we have no access to anyone’s account. That means we cannot help with:

  • Account support: logins, verification, locked or frozen accounts.
  • Missing bonuses or rewards in your account, even if you used a code from our site.
  • Lost funds, deposits or withdrawals, including transfers sent to the wrong network or address.
  • Disputes or complaints about a platform’s decisions.

For any of these, contact the platform directly through its official help center or in-app support. Be careful with anyone who reaches out offering to “recover” funds or unlock a bonus for a fee. We will never contact you that way, and legitimate platforms do not either.

We also cannot give personal financial, investment or tax advice, such as whether you should open an account or which asset to buy. Our disclaimer explains why.

What to expect after you write

We read every message. Reports about outdated codes or wrong terms get priority, because they affect other readers too. Most reports need a fresh check of the platform’s official pages before we reply or change anything, so the answer may take a few working days. Simple confirmations are often quicker.

We do not always send a detailed reply to every message, especially when a correction is straightforward: sometimes the answer is simply that the page has been updated. If we cannot confirm a reported change from official sources, we will tell you what we found where we can.

When you email us, we use your address and message only to handle your request. Our privacy policy explains how that correspondence is kept.

Frequently asked questions

Can you help me get a missing referral bonus?
No. Only the platform can see your account and credit a reward. Contact the platform's support with your user ID and the date you registered. If it turns out our page described the conditions wrongly, let us know so we can fix it.
Do you have a contact form or live chat?
No. Email is the only way to reach us, at contact@cryptoreferral.org.
