These terms of use apply to cryptoreferral.org and all its language versions, referred to here as “the site”. The site is published by CryptoReferral, referred to as “we” or “us”. By browsing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
CryptoReferral is an independent resource that explains crypto referral programs, promo codes, sign-up bonuses and fee kickbacks. The site provides general information only. It does not offer any financial service, does not hold funds and does not open accounts on any platform. You do not need an account to use it, and there is no paid content.
Our disclaimer forms part of these terms. In short: nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, the offers we describe are set by third parties and can change at any time, and crypto carries a real risk of loss.
Using the content
You are welcome to read, print and share pages from the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may also:
- link to any page on the site,
- quote short passages, as long as you name CryptoReferral as the source and link back to the original page,
- share pages on social media using the page address.
Without our written permission, you may not:
- copy whole pages or substantial parts of them onto another website, app or publication,
- republish our tables, scores or comparisons as your own,
- use the content to train or populate a competing directory of referral codes,
- remove or alter any notices on the content,
- present our content in a way that suggests we endorse you, your product or your service.

Intellectual property
The text, scores, tables, page design and the CryptoReferral name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. Platform names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the platform being described. Their appearance on the site does not mean those owners endorse CryptoReferral.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, please do not:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers it runs on,
- scrape or crawl the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors,
- use the site for anything unlawful, including fraud or circumventing a platform’s regional restrictions,
- send us malicious files or content.
We may block traffic that breaks these rules.
Codes, offers and third-party platforms
Where a page shows a referral code or a sign-up link, it is there so you can apply the offer described on that page. Whether a code works, which reward you receive and whether you are eligible are decided entirely by the platform. Your relationship with any exchange, wallet or app is governed by that platform’s own terms, not by ours, and any dispute about an account, a bonus or funds must be raised with the platform.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and so you can check our sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. How we handle your own data is set out in the privacy policy.
Accuracy and changes to content
We check offers against official sources and re-check them regularly, as described on our how we verify page. Even so, we cannot promise that every page is complete, current and free of errors at all times. We may update, correct, move or remove any content without notice, and we may change or stop the site, in whole or in part, at any time.

Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site or its content, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add new features to the site or when the law changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
